On March 15, 2020, we gathered for the first time to initiate the foundation of our association. The articles of association, which had already been drawn up in advance, were presented again, the Board of Directors was elected and the founding protocol was signed.
Due to the beginning of the Corona pandemic, the processing of our application unfortunately dragged on somewhat. Since 29.06.2020 we are now a registered association with the official name:
Umhambi, Children’s Fountain of Hope e.V.
The non-profit has also been certified by the tax office. We are therefore entitled to issue donation certificates.
